HAPPY SEPTEMBER!!
I am currently taking on the Operation Skinny Jeans Challenge. My daily routine is as follows:
1. Drink 8oz of lemon water first thing in the morning when I wake.
2. Ultimate ProFIT Creamy Vanilla (Orange Cream) Shake with Berry Greens on the Go and my all natural supplements It's Vital Complete Nutrition Pack (3 It's Vital Core Nutrition, 1 It's Vital Omega-3, and 2 It's Vital Minerals) and 2 Ultimate Thermofit. I also have Green tea with lemon and raw honey.
3, It's Essential Snack Bar for my snack.
4. Exercise...walking on the treadmill for 45 minutes with incline of 7.
5. Lunch is Progresso Vegetable Classics Green Split Pea soup flavored with bacon.
6. It's Essential Snack bar for my snack with a apple.
7. Dinner will be Grilled Veggie and Hummus Wrap.
8,. Drinking my water based on my weight.
